Your logo won't save your business

80% of businesses think a logo is enough to exist.
Spoiler: it doesn't work.
Today I'm breaking down what actually builds a brand (and what everyone overlooks).
1. A logo without branding is useless
A logo without identity is a face without personality.
You're forgotten instantly.
No coherence = no trust.
Your average but consistent competitor wins.
What people remember isn't your logo.
It's the feeling your brand leaves them with.
2. Before touching a single pixel, answer these
Otherwise your logo is pointless:
— Who exactly are you talking to?
— What should they feel seeing you?
— Why you and not the other guy?
If you can't answer clearly, your branding will be blurry. And blurry branding is money thrown out the window.
3. Consistency beats creativity
+23% more revenue for brands that are consistent across all touchpoints.
— Same typeface everywhere, no exceptions
— Colors are rules, not suggestions
— Recognizable without reading your name
Creativity attracts. Consistency converts.
